What a pleasure to meet someone who thinks so calerly
Darcy,Thank goodness you were able to ltiesn to what Gibbs was telling you. My hat's off to you. Communication is a two-way street. Between the humans and the dogs. Far too many humans and organizations disregard the dog's side of the conversation. Thank goodness the Assistance Dog Organization training Gibbs was also able to ltiesn to and heed what Gibbs was saying. I am not able to do this job. Thank you for not making me. Gibbs is an exceptionally fortunate dog. Other dogs-in-training within other Assistance Dog Organizations are not so fortunate. They are pushed through the program, however long it takes, despite the dog's clear communication via health and/or behavior, saying that this is not a life I am able to live. I cannot do this job. It is too stressful for me. There are Assistance Dog Organizations that are unwilling to heed this message from the dog, and go ahead and push a dog through, matching it with a client. The client is left with a dog he or she loves, however, the dog goes on to have ongoing health issues to varying degrees, and/or behavior and temperament issues, which were clear before placement. This is an issue which concerns me deeply.Thank you, and thank Gibb's organization for me, for doing the right thing, by Gibbs and ltiesning to what he was saying.Sincerely and Regards to you and to the Assistance Dog Organization.- Concerned
That's really tihnikng at an impressive level
You are asking a baby to do the job of an adult. The tioretrrial behavior will come.. then he will hopefully read your attitude about an approach and take his clue from your level of uneasiness. Just don't let it get out of hand. Try an obedience class to make sure you know how to stay top dog in his life. You don't want him attacking Mr. Right, do you?
You've mnagaed a first class post
This depends on your ltiatude and where you are. If you're in the northern hemisphere, it faces south, with a tilt direction at the sun with respect to the average tilt of the earth. If you're in the southern hemisphere, the solar panels (both photovoltaic and solar thermal) face north. If you're on the equator, then they may lie flat on your roof. In US at a ltiatude of 40 degrees, you may want a tilt of about 20 degrees (because of change of seasons). You can alway angel the panels easier than modifying an existing roof. Be sure NOT to shade any part of photovoltaic panels at ant time.
Thanks alot - your asnewr solved all my problems after several days struggling
