My husband stumbled across your blog and I'm sucked in! We are patiently waiting for our trip to Xi'an to pick up our Lynleigh Ren who will be coming from the same orphanage. I love all of the pictures of Joshua and it makes me so happy to see how much the nannies love the kids. My boys recognized the background and one of the nannies immediately! I would love a chance to talk with you more about your trip. Please feel free to email me any time. We are waiting to be cabled so hoping to leave at the end of August or Beginning of September.

As I read your blog about sweet Evelyn, the tears started flowing. Quickly, God brought the song "Orphans of God" to my mind. If you don't know this song, Google for the lyrics.I am so proud of you and Mike for opening up your home to Joshua. What courage, strength, and faith you have in our Lord!!! We continually pray for Joshua and his adjustment to you guys and for the fun that awaits him in Colorado. I know you cannot wait to get home to Cody, Grace, and Emily. We are praying for a safe return and that the jet lag is not too terrible. I love you so much! Hugs and Kisses!

It's a highlight of my day to read your blog updates and then to view all the photos. What a personality Joshua has. And I love seeing the smiles on your and Mike's faces--the joy is so evident. I am thankful Joshua's TB test was negative--I'd prayed specifically about that!

We think Joshua is so adorable especially in his flag shirt! We were cracking up at the silly faces he was making. We love the picture where he is playing with his cheeks. Too cute! We are praying for your and the last leg of your journey. Love you!
