It is such a gift to watch Brea, its been several months when we viewed your TA and then your trip (always hoping to travel with you guys). Brea is so much like our daughter Grace that its scary (girls who had to fight to get any attention in the orphanage and both are same age also. Grace heard the music from the other room and came running to see her friend. It was so good to tell her brea was recovering and to show her God does answer prayers. We will see the impact on her tonight during prayer. She loves to end our prayers and help us rush through but a real joy. You must have been over joyed to hold her again and feel her next to you. We will keep praying on and off all day for your family and really do enjoy seeing God work wonders for you all. Please give Brea a hug for our daughter. Now Brea will have a scare just like hers (Grace had heart surgery in China). Please keep the post going, it one of our best times of the day now seeing Brea. God's blessing for your whole family. Phillips family (David- Denise's DH)

I wanted to praise the LORD with you. We are so delighted to hear the news of Brea's new heart. We have a gracious and loving God who see's us and knows our inmost needs and desires! I also wanted to let you know that whenever I check this site and the "over the rainbow" song comes on Grace comes running! These girls are amazing!

I just wanted to let your family know that I am praying for the recovery of your baby girl, what a fighter she is! I am 26, and am graduating with my bachelors degree in nursing this July. I'm planning on working in a PICU, and reading your story has been so inspirational. The stories that you described about the nurses, good and bad, were wonderful. I live in Indiana, and my mom is the director of children's ministry at my church. One of our close family friends, Suzanne and Monte Thompson, adopted a baby girl from China in December. Her name is Kristen. Our church has been praying for your family. I moved back to my parent's house to finish school, and I randomly decided to look at kristens webpage today, and it had a link to your page. I have been sitting here for three hours, reading each post and looking at the pictures of your beautiful family. I have laughed, cried, and been amazed at the strength of your baby girl and your family. I have already had my pediatric clinical rotationin the NICU and PICU, so I have really enjoyed being able to understand what your baby is going through. She lookes AWESOME. :) Congratulations on the new heart. You are in my prayers. I know you must get so many emails each day, but your story has really encouraged me that I have found the right career path, that I AM supposed to be a pediatric critical care nurse, and that I can take my knowledge and my Christianity to help families like yours. You have been a blessing to me today. Sincerely, Courtney Capper
