How wonderful for you to be able to welcome another child to your home. You were one of the nicest girls at school @ St. Patrick's, that little boy is so lucky to have you for a mom. Best wishes to all of you. Hope you are having a great trip and that it is all smooth sailing.
As you get ready to journey to China once again, for another beautiful Dinello, I wish you love and luck and patience. Patience with yourselves, for the process and patience to get you through the next two weeks, until you journey back home with your incredible boy. I know you will hold up just fine, even in moments of confusion and fear...I have seen you do it once before!
I will be thinking of you every day, thinking of Joseph and Hannah, Sam and you and Darrin, as well as your little guys.
If there were one thing I could have done more while we were in China, it would have been to take it all in a little more. Take the time to sit back and process, without being overwhelmed. Watch your new baby...does his smile look the way you have wondered, does he have little quirky things he does with his fingers or hair when he's tired, does he look at his new brother and sister in awe like you hoped? Your moments in China will probably be the most quiet and focused you will have for quite a while...enjoy them. You have earned those moments, you have worked hard for ithem and I know your little man will be everything you have dreamed of for so long.
This is it. Sam will be eating Cheerios out of your palm in a few days, he will be looking into your eyes trying to figure you out, he will be bonding with his new family...
I love you all and wish the travelling Dinellos peace and comfort on this journey to Sam. He has no idea how incredible his new family is!
