My daughter is 14 yrs. old, she got a bad stomach virus a few years ago that seemed to start her Gastroparesis problems. She is on an NJ tube, and going for Botox injections on Friday. It was wonderful seeing you feeling better on TV and showing so many people that this is a real disease, not an eating disorder. Please let me know how you are doing. Suzi
My daughter Ashley is a patient of Dr. DiLorenzo at Nationwide Children's Hospital in Columbus. She was recently referred to Dr. Steve Teich for the Gastric Pacemaker surgery. We are fighting the insurance company daily trying to make this happen for her. Ashley is 15 years old. We found this site through your interview on the MSNBC web site. It brought tears to both of our eyes. It was so amazing to her to hear you vocalize how she has been feeling for the past 15 months! She has many similar interests to you- including spending hours watching the food network and other cooking shows! I will be praying for your continued success with the pacemaker! Take care!
Gen I miss you love. When can we hang out???
Hey Gentrie

It Sounds like your doing better, Is that True? I REALLY REALLY (X 1 MILLION) hope so. I have Faith in you Gentrie. Your In My prayers

Dear Gentrie, I live in the same town as your new friend Emma Taylor and I just want to say how amazing you are. I have gone through similar experiences. I know its really hard to live like that, being away from friends and people who love you. Your story hit me right here <3. Your strength and faith in the church shows that you are very strong. I just want to tell you that your Heavenly Father and Jesus love you very much. You are VERY special. -Eleanor :)
Dear Gentrie,
I am Emma's Friend and I want to tell you that she is doing a great job. She got the ENTIRE primary (and trust me I mean like forty five kids) to write little cards to you THEY ARE ADORABLE!!!! She is getting the young women to donate a care package and is advertising you and your donations. I know that Emma is doing all and more in her power to help you. She has a lot of faith in you Gentrie and so do I. I really hope you will feel better.
you are in my prayers!!!!
