Mike and I arrived here in Xi'an last night around 10:45 after absolute perfect travel. I felt the prayers of so many who were covering us as we traveled. It was evident that the Lord was going before us and preparing our way as we journeyed. Every connection was made with comfort and smoothness and the flights were pleasant. Our flight to Beijing from Seattle was less than 1/3 full so we were able to stretch out and enjoy the flight. The food was plentiful throughout the flight, the movie selections were amazing and although we didn't sleep that much we were able to rest. The hours en route were precious to me as I was able to decompress from the preparations of getting to that point and allow the weight of what was happening to fully sink in. Having filled my IPOD with some great Chris Tomlin and Jeremy Camp worship music I enjoyed an intense time of having my soul saturated with the greatness of a God to began this miracle. We are only a few hours away from meeting our sweet Joshua and I rejoice in the Lord today for He is good.
