How long before Gracie is home?

Everyone is asking that same question. When will Gracie be home? My answer is I don't know. We found out this month that China made some changes in the special needs program. They now require that you sign a letter of acceptance before they will issue your travel approval. At first it looked like once you sent your letter back in that it took about one week to get your travel approval, now it's looking like it takes longer. So what this means is it adds time on the wait. If things don't speed up it looks like it could be May!! Hope China's nice in the spring!!!
