We received our log in date (LID) on October 16, 2006.  That date begins the  countdown for receipt of our Travel Approval (TA).  Travel Approvals typically arrive in 60 - 90 days from a LID.  We were praying that we would receive a TA within the 60 day time period as opposed to the 90 days.  However, we have discovered that TA's are taking the full 90 days and more.  This news was disappointing in that we were hoping to have our daughter home by the end of the year.  Although nothing is certain I feel that we should receive our TA by mid January and travel shortly after.
