The Waiting Begins

Our dossier made its way to China on Friday, September 15, 2006 and we now await our Log in Date (LID) which is the date in which China officially recognizes that your dossier has been received. We then await our Travel Approval (TA) which is documentation from China indicating that we are approved to travel to China to bring our daughter home. Travel Approval typically is received 60 - 90 days from a Log In Date. We are praying for a quick Travel Approval and are hoping to be united with our daughter by the end of the year.

We will be very busy while we are waiting.  There are many things to be done before we leave for China so while we wait Cody and Grace are staying busy at school, Mike keeps the office going while enjoying his time at home and I have the joy of readying our home for our new little girl while preparing for our travel.
