We had such a wonderful time spending New Year's Eve with our friends--and Chinese New Year with our family!!  It is so neat to incorporate these new Chinese traditions in with our American traditions! All of our kids enjoyed the Chinese Food w/ chopsticks, Dragon "chasers", and the beloved Red envelope's that each of the kids received a dollar in----I know, I know--not much- but it really was a HIT!!!
