Well, we have been home for 3 days and it has been wonderful.  I cannot find the perfect words to adequately describe just how good it is to be home.  I have soaked up the goodness of so many things that I missed and had my heart, body and soul blessed by my friend Sara who is here for 1 more day.  I just have to say that her expression of love and friendship has blown me away.  She not only served as a surrogant mom to our 3 babies for over a week while we were in China but I have not lifted a finger since arriving home.  She has cooked for me, washed, folded and put away all my laundry, she has continued to take care of my kids and has allowed me to just re-aclimate to being a mom.  She has truly been the hands and feet of Jesus and I will forever be grateful for what she has given me and my children.  Sara, I love you beyond words!!!!
As I said, we are happy to be home and have enjoyed 3 days of fun.  Joshua is doing amazingly well.  I continue to stand amazed at this little boy.  He truly has embraced his new family and life with such joy and enthusiasm that leaves me in awe of just how great God is.
Our trip home was long, exhausting and free from difficulties outside of a bit of stress at immigration and security after arriving in the US.  I will simply say the immigration and TSA employees at Seattle Airport did not give us a proper welcome back into America.  Joshua did great on the long flight.  He slept most of the way home and watched Toy Story 3 and Shrek when he wasn't sleeping.  As I said in my previous post we arrived in Denver to a beautiful welcome orchestrated by Sara, my friend Becky and The VanKirk Family.  We are settling in and enjoyed a 3 day weekend to re-aclimate to life although the test will come when Miss Sara leaves on Wednesday.
Joshua immediately received Cody and Grace and Emily and I just love to watch them interact.  Grace is a little mom and loves taking care of him.  He is never far from her sight and with his busyness her watchfulness is a blessing.  He doesn't appear to be struggling with anything.  He is joyful, playful and full of life and personality!  He acts as if he's been here forever.  We have been to Target, a birthday party for Emily's friend Ava where Joshua fully enjoyed himself and yesterday he made a trip with his sisters and Mya to the American Girl Doll store in Denver.  He was a hoot and kept us all laughing the whole day.
This mama couldn't be happier, God definately prepared our brown-eyed boy to fit right into our pack and prepared the pack to allow him to fill the spot made just for him.  Of course our days aren't perfect and there are a some bumps...not everyone is thrilled 100% of the time but I can't imagine that it could be any better at this point in our journey and I give all the honor for the goodness I am enjoying to the God who does give us the desires of our heart!
