Praise the Lord for his mercy and all the wondeful doctors and nurses who have been taking care of Brea!

I have been following your heart warming story via the story of you. I was so pleased when I checked a few days ago (after not having the time to do so because of my 2 little China dolls) and learned that Brea had received a heart. My heart and prayers go out to your family, along with the donors. Take Care, and Please Give Brea 4 extra Hugs & Kisses today from the Nadeau's in Tupper Lake, NY

I too have two daughters that are adopted from China. I read your post every day and am amazed at the way that God works his little miracles. I do give my little ones an extra hug when i hear what little Brea is going through. I do hope that you are well on your way to recovery. On another note, there is a girl that I work with that was in a bad car wreck two weeks ago. We are doing various fundraisers to help raise money to help with her expenses. I don't know if they do it in your area, but several restraunts will set up special nights to donate to your cause. O Charleys, Hacienda, Pizza Hut just to name a few. You get 20% back from all the sales on one specific day/night that you set up. All that has to be done is hand out the cards with the date and your name. Every little bit counts, hope this idea helps. Our thoughts and prayers are with you daily. All children are special but as you know the adoption world is pretty tight when it comes to our sweet little china girls. God bless, Angie, Lindsey and Chloe in Haubstadt IN

A friend of mine from our July 2001 DTC group told us all about Brea on Saturday, and I began reading the updates then. So glad to know that she is doing well with her new heart. What an ordeal for all of you to go through. I am sure everyone in the adoption family will keep that darling little girl in their hearts and prayers for years to come.
