It has been such a blessing to be able to learn of Brea's progress and pray for she and your family. As I took the time to read about your journey to Brea, my husband and I were in Xian in 2004. Our son Nathan is from the CWI in Xian. He was two. Nathan looks forward to updates on Brea and reminds us that we need to pray for Baby Brea and her new heart. Thank you for sharing

I am a student in Mrs. Joiner's third grade in Augusta, GA and have been praying for Brea. I am so excited she got her new heart.

I am currently going thru the adoption process and at the end. However, the end has seemed to go on for 4 months. I have started reading your story and have fallen in love with Brea. I have put you and your family in my prayers and see that God is still working. After reading your story it has taught me that patience and faith are the key. God Bless you and your family and Brea looks wonderful.

Brea looks like a breath of fresh air. Thank you so much for sharing the pictures of your Easter. And, yes, I gave my children that extra piece of candy.

Mary, It was so wonderful to see Brea's precious smile. To think that she has been through so very much and yet glows with the joy she does. God obviously prepared her with a special personality to whether the storms. The picture of the five of you was a true delight. God bless all of you. You remain in my prayers. kevie

I don't even know what to say. You are facing such adversity with optimism and grace. Brea is the luckiest baby in the WORLD, not because of her health or a new heart, but because of the family that was brought to her. This can only come from your faith in the Lord. Stay strong. My prayers are with Brea for heart to get stronger and for you as a family to pull through this! I have to dry my eyes now and go pick up my own little 27 month old from daycare. And give her a big hug! Gabrielle
