Mary, My family and I follow closely everyday your updates on Brea. Please know that we and everyone at RCC have your entire family in our hearts and prayers. In your update on the 18th you mentioned your gift of gab as God's gift to you. Garnett's sermon on Sunday was exactly that- how we as Christians are each given our special gifts and how it is up to us to determine what they are and use them! How I look forward to the Sunday that I can wave to and get a smile from Brea. And don't worry Hayden is keeping up the tradition of baby babble during the sermon-what a pair they will make! It will be music to the ears!

This is a stepping stone to Brea getting back to her healthy spunky self. She's a fighter and has a strong spirit. Our prayers are with you, Brea and the surgical team.

In your time of need, know the Lord is there. I know of a family that went through this exact thing. I am gonna send them the link to your page and maybe you can talk an get and give support from each other.

Mary and Danny, you know that you are in our prayers, and even though we are not there physically, our hearts are with you. You are a precious family and God will continue to be with you, as He has been with us these past weeks.

"He who dwells in the secret place of the Most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. I will say of the Lord, "He is my refuge and my fortress: My God, in Him I will trust" Psalm 91:1-2 I know you are very close to God and for that I am thankful. Know my family is praying for your ENTIRE family and the others on your floor. I pray God continues to strengthen you and keep your spirit renewed.

Continuing to pray for Brea, her precious little heart, the doctors that are preparing to do the surgery, the Berlin heart machine that is on it's way and for you. Lifting all and laying them at the feet of Jesus.

We are waiting to adopt our daughter from China and I learned of your site from another adoptive parent. I find myself checking for updates a few times a day. I work in the PICU at a large hospital in the Denver area and have seen many parents go through similar circumstances. Your faith and beliefs are inspiring. I believe Brea will make a wonderful recovery and you will soon be a family of 5 sitting around your own dining room table. My prayers are with you, Brea and your family.
