I have never met you and I would not know you if I saw you across the room. Yet, in some small way I feel I know you as I have checked for updates on little Brea. I follow the myadoptionwebsite b/c my sister and family are in the process of adopting from China---that website is where I first "met" you. I have lifted up prayers for you and your precious little gal and will continue to do so. Even though I will probably never meet you I wanted you to know that another person is praying to the Lord and almighty Physician. I Thessalonians 3:16 "Now may the Lord of peace Himself continually grant you peace in every circumstance. The Lord be with you all."

I, too, am checking every day for updates on Brea. I am praying that this will be the week of miracles for her! Thank you for sharing your faith and for staying strong in the Lord!

I wanted to send along the Encouraging Word from KLOVE.com: "I will walk among you; I will be your God, and you will be my people." A miracle is on the way! Sending up many prayers for Brea, you and Danny, and the rest of your family. Blessings, Cathy

I check in every day to see how Brea is doing. I am absolutely in total awe at your faith in God. I'm also praying for Brea every day and just know that this is going to work out for her.

I check in everyday and continue to pray for Brea. I know that this week will bring her miracle in some form. I also pray for you, your husband, and other children as I know this is a very hard thing to go through. I hope God brings you stength and peace.

Hi Mary and Dan and family, I have been faithfully following your journey every day and have been praying for all of you. Mary, your professions of faith are so inspiring to me. I have to give myself frequent attitude adjustments as we have our little trials now. Frank is still unemployed ( although he is at a job interview right now) and our house sold so we have been moving into the house we inherited from my mom and it is much smaller and darker than our home and I find myself whining too much about that. On a positive note Noah is doing fantastic - just with going to the chiropractor he has straightened up his neck and other than a little ear seems very healthy. We still don't know about his hearing ability but there is a federal program we need to get on to help with the cost and then we can get that checked out. We are pretty sure he can hear from the small ear because when I whisper into it he responds appropriately. Enough of us. We continue to keep you all in our hearts and prayers. I have been seriously considering how to make a ministry helping people like you that are in a position to be so far from home for such a long time and separated from their families. Maybe we can discuss this when your life gets back to normal. God's blessings to you - Wendy

I discovered your web page through a friend of Angie Duncan's. I' ve read your entries and my heart breaks for what you and your family and especially little Brea are going through at this time. Your faith is inspiring to the rest of us so don't let it go. I could only hope if I was in your situation I could cling to God as you have. He will reward you for your unwavering faith. I hope and pray your reward is a new and healthy heart for your angel. Looks like God is going to have to open a separate prayer line for ya'll. :) I'm studying 2 Timothy right now and Paul is trying to prepare Timothy to take over the church during this time of persecution. The study really focuses on suffering and faith. One of the verses I found that I thought might help is as follows: 1 John 5:4 For whatever is born of God overcomes the world; and this is the victory that has overcome the world - our faith! I pray that God heals Brea and that He continues to give you endurance and strength. Remember we may never understand the "why" behind a situation but we do know the "who" behind it. You are all in my prayers and I will continue to read your updates. Stay strong and may God bless you all.
