We made it to Beijing! We are exhausted but so excited that in less than 12 hours we will be in the same city as our daughter. We will board a flight to Nanchang in the morning where we will meet with our attorney and the other couple that we will be traveling with. On Monday we will meet Bailey!!! We would really appreciate your prayers for an easy transition for her. It is going to be tough leaving the foster mother that she has lived with since 7 months of age.
I'd like to take a moment to thank my sister and brother in law who are home with our other three children. I'd also like to thank our dear friend Brian who drove us to the airport at 4:30 in the morning! You guys rock! |
