I wanted to share some random photos with you from the last couple of weeks. Some are from Brooke and Baker's school festival. Some are of Brea's first "boo boo knee" that she got while running down the sidewalk. Some are from a visit from Danny's Aunt Sally and Uncle Dick who stopped in for a visit on their way home to Wisconsin from vacationing in Florida. Some are of our visit to the NC Zoo last weekend and there are a couple of Brea's new hairstyle...pigtails!!!
I also wanted to share a praise with you...Brea's speech therapist said yesterday that she has almost caught up to her age in speech. She is now forming three and four word sentences, expressing her thoughts and singing little songs. She has come so far...she was diagnosed at a two month old level developmentally when she was 18 months old. She has been doing therapy twice a week (speech and physical therapy) for almost a year and a half. It has been tough at times but it has been life changing for her. I wish her therapist from Baton Rouge could see her now...the hard work they did with her there has really paid off. Thank you Miss Danielle and Miss Julie!!! We miss you!
