The night before Christmas was busy at our house. We attended the neighbor's party and had a blast! The kids enjoyed hot chocolate and popcorn while the Christmas story was read. I was so proud of Brea. When Miss Kelly held up the book and asked if anyone could name the people on the cover Brea quickly spoke up and told her that it was Mary, Joseph and the baby Jesus! She sat like a big girl while the story was read and afterwards ran to get in line to help make the reindeer food (oatmeal and glitter). Once home the kids sprinkled the food all over the front lawn so Santa's reindeer could find our house. I believe Brea and Baker got more glitter in their hair than on the ground! Once inside we baked cookies for Santa and poured his milk and everyone was off to bed!
