’s new heart is in and it is beating!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The surgeon discovered a huge blood clot (adult fist size) in her side and removed it and they are still working to find the source of the bleeding. PLEASE continue to pray that they find the source and are able to stop it. She is still on the bypass machine but she should be off of it in the next hour or so and then they will decide if they are going to close her chest or leave it open. It is pretty common to leave the chest open due to swelling and to close it later. The next 48 hours will be crucial so please continue to storm the gates of Heaven with prayers for our sweet girl! |
